By some stroke of very good luck, both of my beautiful girls are asleep at the same time! So I will take this as my chance to write my very first blog post. We have been out for a walk on this sunny but chilly Tassie winter day, delivering invitations to Willow’s Owl Party! Her second birthday is only 3 weeks away and for some reason Willow has her heart set on an ‘Owl Cake’ and being the matchy, themey person that I am, that means that she has to have ‘Owl Invitations’ and ‘Owl Decorations’ too. To cut a long story short (mainly because one of the girls is sure to wake up any minute now) I couldn’t find any that were exactly what I wanted anywhere, so I decided to make my own. That started me thinking that perhaps there are others out there who want something a bit more special than the mass produced/licensed/unmatchy party invitations available, and that perhaps I could be the one to do something about it! So here are the invitations that started me on this Lo and Lot Creations journey…
